Library of Things

The Library of Things and Traveling Makerspace is made possible by a grant awarded through the generous support of the Butler County Community Foundation!

Purpose of the Project

The project was created in two parts: the Library of Things and a Traveling Makerspace.

The Library of Things was started to provide nontraditional circulating items that promote saving money, reusing materials, preventing waste, and promoting continuous education.

How can I check out an item?

Anyone 18 years or older can check out a Library of Things item with a valid library card in good standing! Minors must have signed permission from a parent or guardian to check out an item.

Simply take the green tag to the circulation desk to check out! All borrowers must sign a "Borrower's Agreement" and a "waiver" at checkout.
